As simple as it seems, eating a colorful diet of 70% fruits and vegetables and reducing the “white foods” such as pasta, sugar, bread, rice and potatoes is a simple philosophy for maintaining an anti-inflammatory life. People who have repeated low-grade sun exposure also tend to have a lower rate of viral infections and cancer.

Increasing the amount of muscle in the body relative to fat, reduces insulin resistance. I usually go for a walk before lunch followed by a second more aggressive workout late in the afternoo
Acidic people tend to get cancer, alkaline people tend not to. This can be best applied by following rule #1 – eating colors, as most colorful foods, with the exception of tomatoes, tend to be alkaline. Alcohol and hard liquor in particular tend to be acidic.
